Feb 7th: Fly into Panama! (or come a few days early if you would like to explore.)
Feb 8th: Take shuttle or flight to PanamaBreathe wellness retreat center. We will begin in the late afternoon, evening.
Daily Wellness Retreat Schedule (Sample)
6:00 AM - Coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available for early risers.
8:30 - 9:30 AM - Yoga Flow & Meditation
9:30 AM - Breakfast together
Mid-morning to Afternoon - Choose your adventure: Join the group or explore solo with activities like paddleboarding, surfing, hiking, horseback riding, honey tasting, bike touring, or simply relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
Lunch - Enjoy more farm-to-table freshness.
4:00 - 6:00 PM - Sacred Gathering for Muse Magic
6:30 PM - Family-style farm-to-table dinner
After Dinner (Optional) - Evening activities TBD: Gua Sha & Face Yoga tutorial, journaling prompts, bonfire chats, and more.
Feb 13th: Depart Retreat center and head to Panama City for outbound flights. We will be departing very early to get to Panama by 2pm. Please don't book your flights earlier than 4pm.
