Our Facilities
In all of our serene and elemental private guest rooms we provide thoughtful amenities for your comfort during your stay. Each of our rooms feature plush pillow top mattresses, private bathrooms with rain showers, exclusive body care products, robes, sleeping masks, Aromatherapy diffusers, complimentary coffee and tea, air conditioning and WiFi. Our well-appointed guest suites step out onto a large shaded lounge and our Sun and Star bar with elevated panoramic ocean views.
Adventure
Besides offering opportunities of cultural immersion, hiking, waterfall trips, and off road coastal tours, we collaborate with local guides who provide our clients with additional adventures and sea experiences during your stay. Think horseback riding tours and kayak adventures.

Breathe's Apothecary Garden features medicinal herbs and edible flowers used in our cuisine, tisanes, and our body care products for therapeutic treatments and for a sensory connection to the bounty of the land. We strive to partnership with local micro proprietors who benefit the support, to source all other nutritional ingredients, ensuring freshness and sustainability.

Getting to Panama
Fly into Panama City (PTC)
Stay the night in Panama City.
Option 1: (45 minute flight) Fly from Panama City to Chitré and take a 1.5 hour shuttle from Chitre to retreat center.
Option 2: Take a shuttle with other retreat attendees from Panama city to the retreat center. Drive is about 5 hours and is beautiful!!
